Our Policies

A credit card will be required to book all services to reserve your appointment time. I require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled before the 48-hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service.

*Please note: Your card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the cancellation policy. 

Please be courteous to your stylist and fellow guests by arriving on time (or early) to your scheduled appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know.  Guests arriving 20 minutes or later for your appointments will forfeit the original appointment, subject to a late fee, and be rescheduled.  Appointments canceled less than 48-hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service; including consultations.

If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. 

A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to the service you have scheduled, I require a 48-hour notice. If you choose to change your service within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

We kindly ask that no children are present during your reservation.  Some of these services take longer in time to perform.  My services provided are catered to you and your rest and relaxation.  Please be sure to make arrangements before booking an appointment.
